I helped strategize, plan and build the 2021 VALORANTÂ Year In Review email in partnership with Movable Ink. Working internally with the team at Riot, I helped define and suggest data points from an existing data warehouse to translate into the email. The email was 100% individually personalized with player stats from their 2021 playing VALORANT, including dynamic, variable flavor text based on the stats display and performance against other players. In addition to the personalization, we supported localization for 18 languages.
